I ordered the 24 roses in a box and some cookies on the monday a couple days before valentine’s day and added the express delivery option (which cost $50!) to have them at my house before 9am which would have made for a nice morning for my girlfriend. Not only did they not come before 9am, i was the last delivery of the day at 8:30pm. After emailing for a refund i have had no reply but this one, asking for a review.
